How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Computerconvention Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Computerconvention Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work, and service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing, start with the provider. Raise it with them directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Computerconvention Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot issue refunds for a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@computerconvention.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
